Liquid Gas Steam Boiler

Devices in which steam is obtained by boiling any liquid are called steam boilers; this name is mostly used for devices that produce steam from water.

If the water is heated, after a while the water boils and starts to evaporate. This steam is separated from the water and collected in the container above the water level. Water vapor spreads over a much larger volume than the volume occupied by water in its liquid state.

When it can spread freely, it occupies about 1,700 times the volume it occupies in the liquid state. But closed containers do not allow such expansion, and the gas that wants to expand pressurizes the walls of the container.

The more steam is collected in the space above the water level, the more pressure the steam exerts on the walls of the boiler and on the water in the boiler. It can be produced in the desired qualities in the range of 100.00 ~ 2.000.00 kcal / h.

It provides fuel saving with low fuel consumption.

It has a longer life than other boilers with its three-pass structure.

It can be easily placed in tight spaces, offering on-site manufacturing flexibility.

Since it is produced in accordance with the open expansion system, it works more safely. Otherwise, it will be out of warranty.
